Can I control more than one device with the same AYR Key?
Yes. AYR Key Pro can connect with one or more AYR Lock Pro and AYR Pass devices interchangeably, as long as they are configured within the same location in the AYR Integra app.
Can I open doors in different locations on AYR Integra with the same AYR Key?
No. The paired devices must be in the same location. It's not possible to unlock both your primary and secondary residences with the same AYR Key Pro if the devices aren't set to the same location in the AYR Integra app.
Can we have more than one AYR Key connected to our devices?
Yes. Each AYR lock can have up to 25 authorized devices, such as AYR Key Pro or AYR Keypad. However, when using the AYR Integra app as the opening method, there is no limit on invitations or users per lock.
What is the maximum distance I can open my door?
AYR Key Pro devices are designed for very low power consumption and to ensure secure proximity communication, preventing unintentional activations far from the door. For this reason, the range is typically between 3 and 6 meters, depending on the type of door, the environment, and the battery voltage.
What can I do if I lose my AYR Key?
In addition to removing the device from the app within the corresponding location, you can revoke permission directly on the lock to prevent it from being opened with the lost AYR Key Pro. This easily generates a digital master key system at no extra cost.
