Do you need one of our technicians to perform the installation?
Is there a device that allows you to open or close the door?
Yes, the device that allows you to easily access and open the front door with a permissions system is called int PASS. It's ideal for automating access without the need for manipulation, changes, or extensive installations.
Can I generate temporary access permissions for caregivers, nurses...?
Yes, within the EGRA int APP, once the device is registered, we can generate the invitations we want, both administrator and guest, with the access periods we want, and being able to remove permissions at any time.
Is it necessary to be in front of the lock to interact with it or manage permissions?
No, invitations are conveniently managed from the APP with the server to facilitate permission management at any time and from anywhere, simply by having internet access on our phone.
Can I perform remote assistance actions in case of emergency without being present at the home?
Yes, if you want to interact with the lock remotely, you can install a NEX smart lock in your home. This will allow you to open or close the lock from outside the house or from a distance within the house. All you need is a Wi-Fi connection in your home and on your phone.
