"Plan Renove Lock Pro"
Part A — End Consumer (direct channel and affiliated stores)
1 Purpose of the service
This document governs the terms and conditions of the "Plan Renove Lock Pro" service (hereinafter, the "Service"), whereby the customer (the "Customer"), upon purchasing a new AYR Lock Pro (the "New Product") through the AYR online store or an affiliated point of sale, agrees to return their eligible old AYR lock (the "Used Device") in exchange for a financial incentive of €90 applied as a discount on the purchase price.
2 Requirements for the used device
To benefit from the Service, the Used Device must meet the following conditions:
Category (eligible models)
- AYR Int Lock 500
- AYR Int Lock BT
Final model validation is subject to verification by AYR's sales department. The Customer must attach a photo of the device's serial number.
Condition
The device must be uninstalled and ready for collection. The incentive is granted for the delivery of the device, regardless of its functional condition.
3 Sign-up channels and redemption code
The Plan Renove can be activated through:
- AYR Web (store.ayr.es): direct activation with collection of the Used Device.
- Affiliated points of sale (including Leroy Merlin and other participating large retailers): the Customer will receive a redemption code to enter when activating their Plan Renove to apply the €90 credit.
The redemption code is valid only at participating stores and during the promotional period.
4 Collection process
Collection of the Used Device will take place simultaneously with the delivery of the New Product ("1x1") to the address indicated by the Customer. The logistics operator may refuse collection if:
- The device is not uninstalled.
- Its inclusion in the package is not confirmed.
- It poses a health or safety risk.
In such case, the Customer will not be eligible for the incentive.
5 Valuation and discount for end consumers
The recycling incentive will be applied as a direct discount of €90 on the New Product order.

This value is fixed, non-negotiable, and will be communicated in advance in the commercial offer. The incentive is granted for the delivery of the device, regardless of its functional condition.
6 Transfer of ownership and WEEE destination
By delivering the Used Device, the Customer accepts:
- Transfer of ownership: title passes to AYR or the authorized managing entity at the time of collection.
- WEEE management: the device will be recycled in accordance with current regulations.
- Irrevocability: for technical and legal reasons, it will not be possible to recover the device once delivered.
7 Additional installation service
Installation is not included in the Plan Renove. It may be requested as an additional service in selected areas, subject to availability and coverage, and will be subject to independent conditions and rates communicated to the Customer.
8 Right of withdrawal and returns
The Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal on the New Product within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The withdrawal form is available at store.ayr.es/formulario-de-desistimiento.
Refund: The amount paid for the New Product will be refunded.
Used Device: It will not be possible to return the delivered device, as it enters the recycling chain.
Incentive: The applied discount will not be refunded in cash, but will not be considered a penalty; it is understood as a bonus conditional on the purchase.
9 Customer responsibility
The Customer must ensure that personal items and data are removed from the Used Device before delivery. AYR accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to comply with this obligation.
10 Data protection
The Customer must delete any personal information from the device before delivery. AYR guarantees that the processing of the device will be carried out in accordance with WEEE regulations and without data recovery. AYR will factory reset the device, erasing all data found on it.
Part B — Affiliated Distributors and Points of Sale (B2B channel)
11 Conditions for distributors
Distributors and points of sale wishing to join the Plan Renove Lock Pro must meet the following conditions:
- Membership request: the distributor must apply through the form provided by AYR.
- Minimum stock: at least one unit of Lock Pro per finish (with or without remotes) at the point of sale.
- Sending collected device: the distributor will send AYR the old lock (Int Lock 500 or Int Lock BT) received from the end customer.
12 Distributor incentive — net replacement price
The distributor will receive a €40 discount on the purchase of the next Lock Pro unit (with or without remotes) submitted for replenishment, once the old lock received has been sent.

With this discount, the distributor's approximate margin on the sale to the end consumer will be 19%, plus any cross-selling that may be carried out at the point of sale.
13 Promotional material for affiliated distributors
Distributors affiliated with the Plan Renove will be included in the list of participating points of sale published on the AYR website, and will receive a promotional poster to place at the point of sale during the promotion period.
14 Validity and general conditions
The Plan Renove applies exclusively to AYR Int Lock 500 and AYR Int Lock BT locks, and is subject to model validation, product availability, and current commercial conditions. AYR reserves the right to modify or end the promotion, communicating this through its official channels.
