Are there user limits or pay-per-use fees?
No, there are no limits on users, features, or access within the int EGRA tourism solution. It's completely free.
If I am a PMS, is there a fee for using the AYR Tourist API?
No, we offer our Tourism API completely free of charge to PMSs that wish to integrate with our platform (subject to PMS certification, accreditation, and credential creation). You will be able to manage all devices associated with the account(s), as well as create unlimited permissions and invitations. We offer the use of our invitation engines, scheduled actions, and notifications for professional guest management, or we can simply act as device executors, remaining transparent throughout the permission creation and user registration process.
Is there an access method for my guests that doesn't require using the AYR Integra app?
Yes, we have the AYR Easy Access app-free access method, which allows, by placing an int NEX device at the location, the generation of secure opening and closing links, which can be shared via Whatsapp, email, SMS… in a simple way where the guest only needs a mobile data internet connection or WIFI connection.
Is it possible to access my guests' portal?
Yes, we offer our int ERPHONE device, which can be installed on your home's intercom and completes the int EGRA solution by eliminating the most complicated barrier: accessing the building. You can create automatic door entry systems by ringing the doorbell, share the app, generate an app-free opening link via easy Access, and more—enabling a complete and secure keyless experience.
