Home deliveries are only made to destinations in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Delivery of your order to your home will generally take place within one to three business days from order confirmation, to the postal address provided in your order details, except in cases of force majeure. The delivery note will be sent along with the product(s).
The shipping company will contact you to inform you of the delivery date. If you are not at the delivery address, a second attempt will be made, and you will be notified of this as well. If the order cannot be delivered on this second attempt, the shipping company will send it to the franchise, where you will have up to 10 days to collect it. The shipping company will keep you informed of both delivery attempts and the remaining time you have to collect your order from the franchise.
