On which platforms is the AYR Integra app available?
The AYR Integra app is available for Android (versions higher than Android 9) on the Play Store, and on iOS, for both iPhone and iPad, in iOS versions higher than iOS 20.
Is it compatible with virtual assistants?
Yes, AYR Integra is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant. To use devices with either assistant, an AYR Nex unit is required, as pairing and synchronization between devices and assistants is handled through the server.
How many languages does the app have?
The AYR Integra APP is available in 6 languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.
Is an email address or phone number required to use the app?
Yes. A mobile phone number is required for initial registration and each subsequent login. This number will be used to receive a two-factor authentication SMS with a code that will securely validate your access. Improper use of the system—such as a high number of registration or login attempts in a short period, or access requests without mobile coverage—may result in temporary lockouts. These lockouts, which are typically released within 15 to 30 minutes, are implemented as a security measure to prevent brute-force attacks and ensure system protection.
Is internet access necessary to manage and access the devices?
Yes. Both for registering in the app and for logging in, and especially for obtaining the permissions to open and use each device, it is necessary to have an internet connection, either through mobile data or through a Wi-Fi network.
