To complete your order, you must confirm your selected shipping method. We will do our best to deliver it within the estimated timeframe and without undue delay. However, this delivery timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as conditions

5.2 Deliveries
For the purposes of these Purchase Conditions, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place or the order to have been delivered when you or a third party authorized by you acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signature of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.
If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence, the transport agency will contact you through the usual channels to inform you of the next steps to ensure delivery can be completed.
6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.
6.1 Returns

6.2 Refunds
When you make a return exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the value of the Order, including delivery costs, if any, although delivery methods other than standard shipping will not be included in the refund. Furthermore, if you wish to keep part of the Order, we will not refund the shipping costs.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the returned order and will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive it. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the order. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us and we'll assist you.
When you make a return, we will refund the full amount of any item in an Order as long as it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or used in any way.
The item's value has decreased. Please return the item using and including all original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure that prevent or delay the fulfillment of our obligations, we may be obliged to suspend your Order in whole or in part. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: war, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply problems beyond our control.
