We are looking for Commercial Installers for AYR

At AYR, we're growing. We're looking for Installer & Sales professionals who want to be part of a stable project with a well-established brand and plenty of room for growth. What is AYR and why is this position different?

AYR is a Spanish company specializing in smart locksDigital peepholes and security solutions for homes, tourism businesses, and service providers. Our products are in thousands of homes, communities, hotels, hostels, and residences throughout Spain, and are distributed through large retailers (Leroy Merlin, Obramat, El Corte Inglés, Bauhaus) as well as a network of professional locksmiths and hardware stores.

What we are doing now is taking it a step further: we also want to offer the professional installation service of smart locks directly to the end customer. And to launch this service on a solid footing, we're looking for the right people to lead it in their area.

It's not your typical installer position. Nor is it solely sales-based. It's a hybrid role where the person represents AYR in their area: installing smart locks, advising customers, visiting specifiers, serving professional and business clients, and being the face of the brand in the territory.

What do we look for in a person?

The ideal profile combines skilled hands and a pleasant demeanor. If you identify with several of these qualities, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Previous experience in technical installations (locksmithing, electricity, home automation, alarms, telecommunications or similar).
  • Convenience with electronic devices, mobile apps, and connected system setup.
  • Good customer service skills, ability to explain technical concepts simply, and a service-oriented approach.
  • Driving license B and willingness to move around the assigned area.
  • Autonomy, organization and a desire to build something from scratch.

We don't expect you to come knowing everything. We'll teach you the technical aspects of our smart locks and other products. What we don't teach is the right attitude, the care you take in your interactions with us, and the commitment to doing a good job.

What will your day-to-day life be like?

Your work will not be repetitive. A typical day might combine several things: installing smart locks and digital peepholes in private homes in the morning, visiting a residence or hostel to provide a quote for installing multiple access points, stopping by a local hardware store or locksmith to restock materials or introduce new products, and reviewing technical issues with existing clients.

You will work in close coordination with our office team (technical, sales, and customer service) and report directly to the regional sales manager. You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, but also the support of a team with years of experience in this field.
