Does the app have any cost or fee?
No. The AYR Integra app is free with no fees, and you can grant as many permissions as you like, with unlimited users.
Do I need AYR Nex to use the app?
Not to get started: you lock and unlock from your phone at the door, and you can send access via a WhatsApp link without a gateway. AYR Nex adds the remote functions: opening remotely, instant alerts and using Alexa or Google Assistant.
Is it compatible with voice assistants?
Yes, AYR Integra works with Alexa and Google Assistant. To use the devices with either assistant you need an AYR Nex, as pairing and syncing between devices and assistants is done through the server.
How many languages is the app available in?
The AYR Integra app is available in 6 languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.
Do I need a phone number to use the app?
Yes. A mobile number is needed for the initial registration and every sign-in. That number receives a two-factor authentication SMS with a code that securely validates your access. Misuse, such as many registration or sign-in attempts in a short time or requests without coverage, can cause temporary blocks of 15 to 30 minutes, a security measure against brute-force attacks.
Do I need an internet connection to manage and access the devices?
Yes. To register in the app, to sign in and, above all, to obtain the opening and usage permissions for each device, you need an internet connection, either mobile data or Wi-Fi.
