Can I open more than one device at the same time?
Yes, just like an int KEY PRO device, we can perform a combined opening of the devices that we have paired to int KEYPAD at the time of entering the opening code.
Do I have more than one guest code?
Currently, int KEYPAD only has one valid guest code. This code can be automated to rotate through scheduled actions within the int EGRA app. In addition to the guest code, int KEYPAD also has an administrator code, a maintenance code, and a shutdown code.
Can I change the codes remotely and on a schedule?
Yes, the administrator, maintenance, shutdown, and guest passwords can all be changed locally via Bluetooth or remotely using int NEX. Additionally, int NEX allows you to create scheduled actions to change the password on a specific date or within a specific time period.
Is it necessary to press the POWER button to enter the code?
Yes, this allows for battery life of over a year with typical use, by leaving the device in Low Energy mode and only activating it when you want to enter the access code. It also provides added security by preventing unauthorized activations.
What happens if they try to enter codes sequentially to open my door?
The device incorporates a system to protect against brute-force opening attempts. After three incorrect codes, it will be locked for three minutes. Additionally, if AYR Nex is installed, administrators will receive immediate notification of the lockout due to excessive failed attempts.
